Miguel Casteleiro

01

Seven years. 130 brands.

I led growth inside a performance marketing agency across fashion, beauty, home, marketplaces, SaaS and other industries. My preferred work now is with ambitious e-commerce companies between $2M and $20M.

02

€5M to €10M in annual media spend

As Head of Growth, I directed strategy and marketing operations across more than 30 concurrent brands while managing significant annual acquisition budgets.

03

Full-funnel responsibility

The work covered paid acquisition, P&L, lifecycle marketing, retention, landing pages, conversion, offers and multi-channel strategy across B2C and B2B companies.

04

Built teams and operating capability

I helped grow the agency from startup to an established operation and hired across marketing, development, data analytics and operations. I also founded its MarvelLabs research and development division.

05

Built attribution infrastructure

As CTO of MarvelPixel, I led the development of a first-party attribution platform combining server-side tracking, data modelling and multi-touch attribution.

06

Built for the next discovery shift

I built SEOforGPT around the real workflows agencies need for AI visibility audits, competitor monitoring, citation analysis, content and multi-client reporting.

07

Why I work with five companies

I now work directly with no more than five companies so I can stay close to the commercial decisions, teams, agencies and numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Questions founders usually ask

Direct answers about fit, scope and what working together actually looks like.

01Have you worked with a business like mine?

Across 130 brands I have worked in fashion, beauty, home, marketplaces, SaaS and other categories, with companies from approximately $1.5M to more than $250M in annual revenue. Industry context matters, but the recurring growth problems are usually found in economics, channels, conversion, retention, people and accountability.

02Which channels do you know directly?

Meta is my deepest specialist channel. I also have hands-on strategic experience across Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, Klaviyo, email, lifecycle marketing, landing pages, CRO, promotions, attribution and first-party data.

03What does the $250M+ figure mean?

It refers to the annual revenue of the largest company I advised. It is included to show the range of operating environments I have seen. My preferred work today remains with ambitious e-commerce companies in the $2M to $20M range.

04Have you led teams as well as advised them?

Yes. I founded Marvel Test and spent seven years as Head of Growth and Innovation, responsible for client strategy and the performance marketing team. I directed work across more than 30 concurrent brands and hired across marketing, development, analytics and operations.

05Why does building attribution software matter to this work?

Building MarvelPixel required a detailed understanding of tracking, event quality, first-party data, attribution models and how reporting changes budget decisions. It helps me distinguish a genuine performance problem from a measurement problem.
